What You'll Be Doing ๐
As a Business Development Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for aspiring students and their families, helping them discover the right educational opportunities.
Your day-to-day includes:
- ๐ Connect with students and parents through outbound and follow-up calls.
- ๐ฏ Understand their career goals, interests, and learning aspirations.
- ๐ก Recommend the right programs based on their needs.
- ๐ฃ Explain course benefits, career outcomes, and admission processes in a simple and engaging way.
- ๐ค Handle student and parent queries with confidence and empathy.

Schedule counselling sessions and guide learners throughout their admission journey.
- ๐ฒ Follow up with interested students until they successfully enroll.
- ๐ Update conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline activities in the CRM.
- ๐ค Collaborate with marketing, counselling, and admissions teams to achieve enrollment targets.
- ๐ Continuously improve your communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
