About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven B.Tech freshers to join us as Academic Counselors. This role involves guiding prospective students in choosing the right courses/programs based on their career goals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a genuine interest in the education/EdTech space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, career paths, and admission processes
- Handle inbound and outbound calls/leads and convert them into enrollments
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Maintain and update lead/student data in CRM
- Follow up regularly with prospective students to ensure conversions
- Meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for lead generation and student support
Requirements:
- B.Tech graduates only (2024/2025 pass-outs preferred)
- Freshers welcome — no prior experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools
