Role Description The Zonal Business Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Patiala, responsible for overseeing business operations and growth within the assigned zone. This role includes managing recovery and enforcement activities, supervising field teams, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines in all processes. The Zonal Business Manager will develop and implement regional business strategies, monitor performance metrics, and drive initiatives to improve recovery rates and client satisfaction. Daily tasks involve coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, resolving operational issues, preparing reports, and conducting regular reviews of asset management and recovery projects. The role also requires building relationships with new partners, supporting business development, and maintaining a strong focus on ethical and professional conduct.
Qualifications
- Strong background in recovery, enforcement, or asset management, with experience handling financial claims and business assets.
- Proven skills in regional business management, including planning, execution, performance monitoring, and team supervision.
- Ability to interpret and apply legal and regulatory requirements relevant to recovery and enforcement activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with a collaborative approach to networking and partnerships.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in preparing reports, reviewing data, and making informed decisions.
- Experience working in on-site leadership roles, with the capacity to coordinate field teams and manage operations in Patiala or similar locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field; advanced qualifications in these areas are an advantage.
