Key Responsibilities
· Requirement Gathering & Design: Facilitate workshops to translate business needs into functional Workday designs and system configurations.
· System Configuration: Configure Business Processes, security settings, and tenant setup directly within the Workday environment.
· Testing & Quality Assurance: Design test cases, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate data.
· Reporting & Analytics: Build custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Core Competencies
· Workday Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, or financial modules.
· Business Analysis: Ability to map workflows, write clear user stories, and document standard operating procedures.
· Communication: Capacity to bridge complex technical details with everyday business challenges.
· Change Management: Experience managing the organizational impacts of system upgrades and new deployments.
