Role: CIAM Technical Business Analyst
We're looking for an experienced CIAM Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Customer/Identity Access Management, IAM architectures, and technical business analysis. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating business and functional requirements into clear technical solutions and driving deliverables with international clients.
⭐ Must-Have Skills
- ✅ 5+ years of experience in CIAM/IAM or Technical Business Analysis.
- ✅ Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, MFA, and SSO architectures.
- ✅ Experience with enterprise CIAM/IAM platforms such as:Microsoft Azure B2B / B2C,Okta,IBM Verify,Ping Identity,ForgeRock,Auth0
- ✅ Strong ability to translate business and functional requirements into documented technical solutions.
- ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ✅ Experience working with international clients and driving deliverables independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for CIAM/IAM solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, security teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support the design and implementation of SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML solutions.
- Work with enterprise CIAM/IAM platforms and support solution discussions and integrations.
- Engage with international clients and manage deliverables effectively with minimal supervision.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, solution documentation, process flows, and other project artifacts.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, and risks and ensure timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in CIAM, IAM, or Technical Business Analysis.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and architectures.
- Hands-on or strong functional experience with OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, MFA, and SSO.
- Experience with one or more enterprise CIAM/IAM platforms.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver projects for global/international clients.
