Natlov Technologies is hiring a Global CRM Business Analyst to support global CRM initiatives and optimize business processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in business analysis, Salesforce CRM, stakeholder management, and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements.
Create user stories and support UAT.
Configure Salesforce reports, dashboards, and Flows.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
Build Power BI reports for business insights.
Support Agile/Scrum project delivery.
