Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Jaipur. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for web, mobile, and software development projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting requirement workshops, mapping and improving business processes, preparing functional specifications and user stories, and collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet business goals. The role also involves performing data and impact analysis, supporting project planning, participating in testing and validation, and contributing to continuous improvement of internal frameworks and methodologies. The Business Analyst will regularly communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to management and project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering, including translating stakeholder needs into clear documentation and user stories.
- Experience in Business Process mapping, optimization, and workflow design for digital products.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and presenting findings clearly.
- Knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering).
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.
- Experience working with software, web, or mobile app development projects; exposure to UI/UX and data-driven decision-making is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a detail-oriented, solution-focused approach.
