We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with excellent communication to drive membership growth, member engagement, business development, and marketing initiatives for an association in the biogas & renewable energy sector.
🔹𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Drive new member acquisition, retention, and partnership opportunities.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and event marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with members and key stakeholders.
• Manage CRM, prospect pipelines, follow-ups, and member interactions.
• Prepare proposals and support business development and partnership opportunities.
• Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums.
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
🎯 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing; association/membership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM, digital marketing, proposal writing, and business development.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
