We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with excellent communication to drive membership growth, member engagement, business development, and marketing initiatives for an association in the biogas & renewable energy sector.

โข Drive new member acquisition, retention, and partnership opportunities.
โข Plan and execute marketing campaigns and event marketing initiatives.
โข Build and maintain relationships with members and key stakeholders.
โข Manage CRM, prospect pipelines, follow-ups, and member interactions.
โข Prepare proposals and support business development and partnership opportunities.
โข Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums.
โข Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

โข Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or related field.
โข 3โ4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing; association/membership experience preferred.
โข Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
โข Experience with CRM, digital marketing, proposal writing, and business development.
โข Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
