Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Nutraceutical and Ayurvedic segments. The ideal candidate should have relevant industry experience, a strong customer network, and the ability to consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Generate new business opportunities in the Nutraceutical and Ayurvedic sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, healthcare professionals, and institutional clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Compensation : Profit-sharing basis – your earning potential is unlimited. The more business you generate, the more you earn. There is no upper limit on incentives.
Percentage of profit is defined as per purchase order dynamics.
Qualifications & Experience :

Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience in the Nutraceutical or Ayurvedic industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
