Position title – General Manager - Operations, Lutech Engineering FZ LLC
Lutech Engineering is a mid-sized EPC organization delivering Engineering, Procurement and Construction solutions
across West Africa in the sectors of Oil & Gas, Tank Farms & Terminals, Water Infrastructure, Industrial Utilities,
Power and Civil Infrastructure.
With project operations across multiple West African countries and centralized engineering and procurement
support from Mumbai, India, the group specializes in executing fast-track industrial infrastructure projects in
challenging environments with strong focus on safety, quality and commercial performance.
Reporting to – Managing Director/ CEO
Location – Monrovia, Liberia, West Africa ((with responsibility across West Africa operations)
Industry - EPC – Oil & Gas, Water, Power & Infrastructure
Job purpose :
The General Manager – Operations will lead end-to-end execution of EPC projects across West Africa and will be
responsible for project delivery, operational profitability, client management, construction leadership and
organizational development.
The role requires a hands-on operations leader capable of managing multi-country projects, multicultural teams,
subcontractors and remote coordination with the India engineering/procurement office. The incumbent must ensure
projects are executed safely, within budget, on schedule and in line with contractual and quality requirements.
The position demands strong commercial understanding, execution capability and leadership maturity to operate
independently in developing markets and difficult project environments.
