- Role Description Coordinate with customers regarding elevator installation schedules and project progress.Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests related to installation.
- Coordinate with the installation/project team to track site readiness and installation status.Maintain customer records, installation status, and follow-up reports.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized service records.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or customer ticketing systems.
- Prior experience in customer care, service coordination, or a similar role; experience in engineering or building services is an advantage.
