Customer Relationship Executive – Housing Finance
Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented freshers to join our Housing Finance team as Customer Relationship Executives.
The role involves interacting with prospective customers, understanding their home loan requirements, assisting them with suitable housing finance solutions, and generating qualified customer leads for the sales team.
This is a great opportunity for graduates who want to build a career in Housing Finance, Banking, and Financial Services (BFSI).
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their Home Loan requirements.
- Explain housing finance products and services to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and generate qualified business leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and assist them through the initial loan process.
- Collect basic customer information and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Achieve assigned business and customer acquisition targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
