We are seeking a Founding Product Engineer based in Bengaluru with 3 to 6 years of experience to own and develop a cutting-edge AI infrastructure platform. This role involves building and scaling a product from initial concept through to daily use by enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Own the design and development of the platform, including evaluation tools, APIs, and inference stack.
- Lead the product journey from sketches to production-ready solutions.
- Ship scalable products that are actively used by leading enterprises.
- Collaborate closely with founding leadership to shape the product and infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Proven experience shipping products that have real user adoption and scaling them for enterprise use.
- Strong software engineering skills with a focus on product development.
- Experience working with AI infrastructure or related technologies is a plus.
Compensation: Competitive salary range of 40 - 90 LPA.
