We’re hiring: Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)/Full Stack Developer – Level 2
Experience: 3–5 years
We’re looking for a strong end-to-end developer who can take ownership from requirement understanding to production delivery.
Core skills:
- Python + Flask
- React.js
- MongoDB
- PostgreSQL / SQL
- REST APIs
- Git, testing, debugging
- Basic Docker / CI/CD / cloud exposure
What you’ll do:
- Build and deliver full-stack features end to end
- Translate business requirements into working solutions
- Develop backend APIs and frontend applications
- Work across application, database, integration, and production issues
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and business teams
- Own development, testing, deployment, and production support
AI-first engineering skills:
- Hands-on usage of AI coding agents such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT/Codex, or similar tools
- Use AI agents for coding, refactoring, testing, debugging, documentation, and codebase understanding
- Ability to break problems into effective AI-assisted development tasks
- Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability
