Job Overview
We are a fast-growing startup building AI-native products, designing core product workflows around Generative AI from the ground up. We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, plus strong backend skills in Python, Flask, and PostgreSQL, who wants to work on real, live production systems rather than isolated tickets. You'll work closely with founders, moving fluidly between UI, frontend, backend, and deployment as the day demands. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Build responsive and performant web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Implement SSR / SSG patterns using Next.js
- Convert Figma designs into high-quality, reusable UI components
- Build AI-native UI patterns, streaming responses, chat interfaces, and in-product AI copilots
- Manage frontend state, API integration, and error handling
- Optimize frontend performance and accessibility
- Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Flask
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party integrations
- Integrate Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.) directly into core product workflows, not as a bolt-on feature
- Build and maintain AI workflows: prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and response parsing
- Implement secure authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, sessions)
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
- Own features end-to-end: UI → Frontend → Backend → Deployment → Monitoring
- Work on live, production systems from day one, no walled-off sandboxes
- Use AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to build and ship faster
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code across the stack
- Implement logging, monitoring, and error handling
- Participate in code reviews and system design discussions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
