About the role
We are looking for a Product Engineer to join a fully remote team, reporting directly to the CTO. In this role, you will:
- Engage with users weekly to identify valuable features to build
- Develop solutions using AI agents, review code changes, and deploy to production
- Take full ownership of a product area and the associated performance metrics
- Monitor product impact and iterate by maintaining, fixing, or discontinuing features
This role is open to engineers passionate about customer-centric development, product managers seeking hands-on building experience, and individuals with diverse backgrounds including founder’s office operators or ex-founders. The key requirement is a desire to build production systems incorporating AI agents.

Salary: 20 - 50 LPA
