Role Description The Trip Captain at XploreNsee is responsible for leading and coordinating group trips, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and well-organized experience for all travelers. This full-time, on-site role in Kanpur includes welcoming guests, managing daily itineraries, coordinating local transportation and activities, and serving as the primary point of contact for traveler questions and needs. The Trip Captain monitors schedules, supports logistics, and collaborates with local partners and vendors to deliver smooth operations throughout each journey. The role also involves handling basic trip documentation, resolving on-the-spot issues, and collecting feedback to improve future travel experiences.

- Candidates should possess organizational and coordination skills for managing itineraries, logistics, and time-sensitive activities.

- Proficiency in English and Hindi, and basic digital literacy (smartphone and common office tools) will be helpful for trip coordination and communication
