Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Delhi, India. The Travel Consultant will advise clients on domestic and international travel options, including tour packages, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Responsibilities include understanding traveler preferences, preparing customized itineraries, managing bookings and reservations, and coordinating travel arrangements with suppliers. The role involves providing clear, timely information on pricing, policies, and travel requirements, as well as resolving issues or changes before and during trips. The Travel Consultant will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, maintain accurate records in travel management systems, and support sales and promotional efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills to design tailored itineraries and oversee end-to-end trip planning.
- Proficiency in managing Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, hotels, transfers, and tour services.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, build client relationships, and manage concerns professionally.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
- Ability to work with travel booking tools, CRM systems, and basic office software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and time management.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or tour operations environment is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
