Role Description The Travel Consultant role at Tripskyway Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Travel Consultant will assist clients with planning and booking domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transfers, and other travel-related services. Daily responsibilities include understanding client needs, preparing customized itineraries, managing reservations and ticketing, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role also involves coordinating with travel partners, handling changes or cancellations, responding to inquiries, and providing clear, timely customer support. The Travel Consultant will work closely with the team to meet service standards and maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, offers, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Arrangements to design and manage client itineraries effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Management and Reservations to oversee bookings, ticketing, and schedule coordination.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive client experience.
- Candidates should have proficiency with travel booking tools, GDS or online reservation systems, and basic computer applications.
- Candidates should demonstrate clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- A diploma or degree in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field, along with prior experience as a travel consultant or in a similar role, is beneficial.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations, visa processes, and current travel trends is an advantage.
