Training Head / Principal – Security Training School
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Training Head to lead and manage our Security Training School. The role requires a senior professional capable of organizing basic training and on-the-job training for security personnel while ensuring compliance with PSARA guidelines and maintaining high training standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Security Training School as the Principal / Head of Training.
- Plan, organize, and conduct basic induction training and on-the-job training for security personnel.
- Ensure training programs comply with PSARA requirements.
- Conduct or supervise training related to:
- First Aid
- Fire emergencies
- Earthquake response
- Terrorist threats
- Bomb threat response
- Other emergency and disaster management procedures
- Develop innovative and effective training methodologies for security personnel.
- Maintain training records, schedules, assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Handle the administrative responsibilities of the Training School, including coordination with operational teams and management.
Candidate Profile:
Preferred Background
- Retired Defence or Para Military Forces Officer of the rank of Colonel or equivalent, OR
- A civilian professional with minimum 10 years of experience in security training operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess the requisite qualifications to impart PSARA-compliant basic training to security personnel.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, emergency response procedures, and training management.
- Proven capability to manage both training delivery and training school administration.
Experience Required
- Minimum: 10 years
- Candidates with experience as Principal / Head of Training School for a Security Company will be given preference.
Education
- UG Qualification: Any Graduate
- PG Qualification: Any Postgraduate
