💰 Fixed Salary + Travel Incentives
Eirthum is building a trusted food brand where quality is proved, not just claimed. We’re expanding across Delhi-NCR and looking for a Retail Operations Executive to manage our store operations.
What you’ll do
- Visit partner stores regularly across Delhi-NCR.
- Monitor stock, replenishment and product visibility.
- Coordinate with store teams at Le Marche, Modern Bazaar and other outlets.
- Collect invoices, POs and store-related documents.
- Build strong relationships with store managers.
- Identify stock issues and ensure timely replenishment.
- Share regular updates on stock, sales and store performance.
What we’re looking for
- 0–2 years in FMCG, retail, merchandising or field sales preferred.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable travelling across Delhi-NCR.
- Proactive, organized and responsible.
- Two-wheeler + valid driving licence preferred.
