Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for QC Specialists and Production Specialists in a pharmaceutical injectable unit, offered through Jaidev Pharma Placement with a CTC up to ₹12.0 LPA. QC Specialists will perform routine quality control testing of injectable products, monitor compliance with GMP and regulatory standards, review and document laboratory results, support deviation investigations, and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues. Production Specialists will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations for injectable formulations, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and batch records, coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain production schedules, and support process improvement initiatives to optimize yield and minimize defects. Both roles involve maintaining accurate documentation, participating in audits, and contributing to a safe, clean, and compliant manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong domain knowledge in Pharmacy and Pharmaceuticals, with experience in injectable formulations preferred.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Laboratory Skills for QC roles, including handling instruments, performing tests, and documenting results accurately.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales or cross-functional collaboration awareness, enabling effective communication with other operational and support teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry or related life sciences, or equivalent industrial experience.
- Ability to work in shifts if required, strong attention to detail, and commitment to product quality and patient safety.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced plant environment.
- Prior experience in sterile/injectable manufacturing units or QC laboratories will be an added advantage.
