About Rupyz
Rupyz builds sales force automation (SFA) software for India's family-led businesses - the FMCG and CPG companies that move the country's consumer goods, many of them still run on paper, calls and WhatsApp. We give them visibility and control over their field sales. As we scale, we're hiring an Account Executive in Delhi to own deals end to end.
The role
You'll sell Rupyz to traditional, owner-run businesses across India. This is a full-cycle role: you find the right companies, get in front of the decision maker, run the demo and close.
What you'll do
- Build and own a pipeline of FMCG and CPG brands across India
- Prospect into family-led businesses and reach owners, promoters and senior leadership directly
- Run discovery and demos that connect our product to how their sales teams actually work
- Handle the objections that come with selling software to traditional businesses - and win them over
- Negotiate and close deals end to end
- Travel across India to meet clients in person - this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have
What we're looking for
- You have sold software/SaaS into Indian FMCG or CPG companies - non-negotiable
- You have sold to traditional, owner-run businesses and know how decisions get made there
- Based in Delhi and willing to work on-site
- Willing to travel across India for client meetings
- You can run the full sales cycle yourself, from prospecting to close
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to owners and CXOs
What success looks like
- A steady, self-built pipeline of FMCG/CPG brands
- Deals closed with family-run businesses across multiple regions
- Clients who bought because you understood their business, not because you pushed a demo
