📍 Locations: Vadodara | Rajkot | Siliguri | Kerala | Vellore
We are looking for passionate and target-driven sales professionals to join our Automotive Aftermarket Sales team!
🔹 Experience: 2–8 years
🔹 Industry: Automotive Spares / Lubricants / Tyres / Aftermarket Sales
🔹 Education: Graduate
🔹 Job Type: Full-time | Field Sales
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive secondary sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
✅ Develop and strengthen dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
✅ Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
✅ Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
✅ Build strong customer relationships and improve product penetration.
✅ Track sales performance and implement effective territory growth strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
✔️ Experience in territory management and channel sales.
✔️ A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
✔️ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
