📍 Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

💼 Position: Channel Sales Executive / Manager – CCTV
We are expanding our CCTV & Security Solutions business and looking for an experienced Channel Sales Professional who can build and grow a strong B2B dealer & partner network.
🔹 WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Develop and manage CCTV dealers, distributors & system integrators
• Identify and onboard new channel partners
• Generate business through the dealer/channel network
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners
• Conduct product presentations, demos & sales meetings
• Drive secondary sales and achieve monthly targets
• Understand local market opportunities and competitor activity
• Coordinate with the technical and company teams for partner support
• Develop CCTV business across Bhopal & nearby markets
🎯 WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔ 2+ years of experience in CCTV / Surveillance / Security / IT channel sales
✔ Strong understanding of CCTV products and solutions
✔ Existing dealer/channel network will be an advantage
✔ Good communication & negotiation skills
✔ Ability to independently develop a market
✔ Target-oriented and strong in relationship building
✔ Willingness to travel for dealer/customer visits
⭐ PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Candidates from brands/distributors such as CCTV, Networking, Security Systems, Access Control or related IT products are encouraged to apply.
💰 SALARY
Competitive salary + incentives + travel/petrol reimbursement
