Optiemus Unmanned Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to
Manage the complete tender lifecycle for government and private sector projects. The ideal candidate
should have experience in preparing and submitting technical and commercial bids, coordinating with
internal teams, and ensuring timely submission through various e-procurement portals.
Drone industry experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor tender opportunities on GeM, CPPP, Defence, DRDO, Railways, DPSUs,
BEL, HAL, ISRO, and State Government portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit Technical & Commercial Bids, EOI, RFI, RFQ, RFP, and all supporting
documents.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, SCM, Quality, and Management teams for bid
preparation.
- Prepare BOQs, compliance statements, cost sheets, and bid documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders with all statutory documents, EMDs, and declarations.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, respond to clarifications, and maintain tender MIS and records.
- Support contract finalisation, purchase order execution, and customer coordination.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and e-Tendering portals.
- Knowledge of government procurement procedures and tender documentation.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF documentation.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple tenders.
Preferred
- Experience in the drone, UAV, aerospace, defence, electronics, or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of government procurement agencies and defense organizations.
