📌 About the Role:We are lo
oking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team at Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the GeM Portal and central/state e-Procurement sites, handling end-to-end tender documentation and bidding processes.
🔑 Key Responsibilities: Manage c
omplete tender operations on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and various e-Procurement portals. Track, i
dentify, and evaluate relevant government and private sector tenders/RFQs. Prepare,
organize, and double-check all required paperwork, compliance documents, technical bids, and commercial proposals. Handle E
MDs (Earnest Money Deposit), PBGs (Performance Bank Guarantees), and tender fee procedures. Maintain
complete tender logs, records, and follow up post-bid submission. Coordina
te with internal technical and accounts teams for accurate pricing and document preparation.
🎯 Candidate Qualifications & Requirements: Experien
ce: 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Tender Executive / Bidding Executive. GeM Expe
rtise: Strong hands-on experience and operational knowledge of the GeM Portal and e-Procurement platforms. Industry
Preference: Candidates with prior experience in the Fire Fighting / Fire Protection / Safety Equipment Industry will be given first preference. Skills:
Excellent paperwork management, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word). Location
: Must be comfortable working from our office in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.
