Experience Annual Salary Monthly Salary :- 1 – 3 year ₹2.4 – 3.3 LPA ₹20,000–₹27,500.
:- 4 - 7 years ₹4.5 –7 LPA ₹38,000–₹58,000.
:- Or 15 - 20% Rise on Current CTC.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tendering Specialist role based in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Tendering Specialist will manage the end-to-end tender process, including identifying bid opportunities, analyzing tender documents, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial inputs. Responsibilities include preparing competitive proposals, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and submitting tenders within deadlines. The role involves maintaining tender documentation, tracking bid status, and supporting negotiation and clarification meetings as needed. The Tendering Specialist will also contribute to process improvements, market analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Tender Management and Procurement skills to handle complete bidding cycles and vendor/client requirements.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate tender terms, pricing, risks, and market conditions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Proposal Writing skills to prepare clear submissions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in tendering or contracts within industrial, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field are preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are beneficial.
- Ability to work under time constraints, follow ethical business practices, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders is expected.
