Job details:
Search and monitor government and private tenders through GeM, CPP Portal, TenderTiger, Tender247, and other e-procurement portals.
Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within the stipulated timelines.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal departments to collect required documents and quotations.
Ensure all statutory documents, certifications, EMDs, BGs, and compliance documents are accurate and up to date.
Handle online bid submissions on GeM, CPP Portal, and other e-tendering platforms.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, awarded contracts, and bid status.
Follow up with customers, procurement departments, and internal teams regarding tender progress.
Prepare cost sheets, price comparisons, and bid documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and tender requirements.
