For over 15 years, the organization has executed multiple rate contracts in close collaboration with manufacturing companies exclusively associated with the firm. The company supplies a wide range of healthcare products, including drugs and medicines, surgical disposables, hospital furniture, machinery, equipment, and dressing materials. It also provides sera, vaccines, and other essential healthcare items to support hospitals and medical institutions in the region.
Role Description The Tender Executive will manage the end-to-end tendering process for government and institutional healthcare contracts. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jammu and involves identifying relevant tenders, preparing documentation, coordinating with manufacturers and internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids. The Tender Executive will maintain tender databases, track contract performance, follow up on approvals and payments, and ensure compliance with government norms and organizational policies. Daily responsibilities also include liaising with stakeholders, analyzing tender terms, preparing cost comparisons, and supporting negotiations to secure and retain contracts.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in tender management, bid preparation, and documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic tender portals or e-procurement platforms.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities for evaluating tender terms, pricing, and contract conditions.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for interacting with manufacturers, government officials, and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical products and government procurement processes is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Administration, or a related field; relevant experience in tendering or supply chain will be preferred.
