Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tender Executive role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, monitoring tender portals, and collecting detailed requirements from public and private organizations. Daily tasks include preparing and submitting tender documents, coordinating with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs, and ensuring compliance with tender specifications and timelines. The role involves maintaining tender registers, tracking tender status and outcomes, and following up on clarifications, amendments, and post-tender correspondence. The Tender Executive will also support pricing strategies, maintain documentation for audits, and contribute to process improvements that enhance bid quality and win rates.
Qualifications
- Experience in tender management or bid coordination, including tender search, documentation, submission, and post-tender follow-up.
- Strong skills in data handling and documentation, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic report preparation.
- Ability to collaborate with sales, technical, and finance teams to gather accurate technical specifications and commercial information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Understanding of government and institutional procurement processes; prior experience with analytical instruments or scientific equipment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, science, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality in handling tender information.
