Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilitie
- sHandle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT requirements
- .Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels
- .Strong experience in passive candidate hunting and Boolean/X-Ray search
- .Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- .Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and joining formalities
- .Manage multiple requirements while ensuring TAT and closure targets
- .Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment activities in the ATS
- .Work closely with clients/hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable candidates

Requiremen
- ts2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitmen
- t.Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skill
- s.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Naukr
