Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Associate, with an immediate joining requirement and a monthly salary of 8,000 (local currency). The Talent Acquisition Associate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles within the company’s business units. Daily responsibilities include coordinating and conducting interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting hiring managers with timely updates and recommendations. The role involves posting job ads, managing recruitment platforms, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Associate will also support onboarding activities and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess strong Interviewing and Hiring skills, including the ability to assess candidate fit and support selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in handling multiple roles and deadlines.
- Comfort using digital tools and recruitment platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, applicant tracking systems).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate virtually with team members and hiring managers.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or related fields is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is an advantage.
