Talent Acquisition Executive | US Recruitment
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with 3-6 years of US Recruitment experience to support hiring for Automotive, Embedded, Aerospace and Engineering domains.
Key Responsibilities
✅ End-to-end US recruitment (sourcing, screening, submissions, interview coordination & onboarding)
✅ Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and internal databases
✅ Handle W2, C2C & 1099 requirements
✅ Screen candidates based on skills, work authorization, location & compensation
✅ Build strong candidate relationships and drive successful closures
Requirements
✅ 3-6 years of US Technical Recruitment experience
✅ Experience hiring for Automotive, Embedded, Aerospace, Oil & Gas & Engineering roles
✅ Good knowledge of H1B, USC, GC, OPT, CPT, TN & EAD visas
✅ Strong sourcing, communication & negotiation skills
✅ Comfortable working in US time zones
