Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for technical roles across TechGrit and our client engagements. This is an individual-contributor role for someone who can work independently: take a requirement from intake to offer with minimal supervision, manage multiple open roles in parallel, and act as a trusted hiring partner to delivery leaders and clients. You will build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical profiles, keep candidate quality high, and bring structure and data to how we hire.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
• Own the full recruitment cycle independently — requirement intake, JD creation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and pre-joining follow-up.
• Manage 8–12 concurrent open positions across technology stacks (.NET, Java, MERN, Cloud/DevOps, QA, Data, AI/ML, Mobile) and seniority levels up to Architect and Engineering Manager.
• Conduct first-level technical and cultural screening to ensure only well-matched profiles reach technical panels and clients.
• Drive offer closure — compensation discussions, counter-offer handling, and notice-period management to minimise drop-offs.
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
• Source actively through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hirist, job boards, referrals, and professional communities; run boolean and X-ray searches for niche skills.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles so that shortlists can be shared within 48–72 hours of a new requirement.
• Coordinate with external recruitment partners and interview-panel vendors — share briefs, review submissions, and track vendor performance.
Stakeholder & Client Management
• Partner with delivery leaders and hiring managers to understand role needs, calibrate profiles, and advise on market availability and compensation.
• Present candidates to clients with clear, well-structured profile summaries and manage client interview scheduling and feedback loops.
• Work across India and US time zones as needed to support client-facing hiring.
Process, Data & Candidate Experience
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS / hiring tracker and report weekly on pipeline status, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer-acceptance rates.
• Prepare candidates for technical and client interviews so they present their experience accurately and confidently.
• Ensure a timely, professional, and transparent candidate experience at every stage.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, screening frameworks, and employer-branding initiatives; use AI tools to speed up sourcing, screening, and outreach.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• 5–8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 4 years hiring for IT / software engineering roles in a product, services, or IT staffing company.
• Proven track record of independently closing mid-to-senior technical positions end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of technology stacks and roles — able to read a JD and a resume and judge technical fit before a panel does.
• Strong sourcing skills across Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels, including boolean search.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable engaging with senior candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
• Highly organised and self-driven — able to prioritise multiple requirements and meet tight turnaround times without close supervision.
• Working proficiency with ATS tools, MS Excel / Google Sheets, and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA / PG in HR is a plus.
Preferred Skills
• Experience hiring for US or international clients, including client-facing candidate submissions.
• Exposure to niche hiring — Cloud Architects, AI/ML engineers, Data engineers, or Mobile engineers.
• Experience managing recruitment vendors and interview-panel partners.
• Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) in the recruitment workflow.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and building hiring dashboards.
What We Offer
• The opportunity to own hiring for a growing AI-first engineering organization, with real influence on who joins and how we hire.
• A collaborative, ownership-driven culture where independent work and initiative are valued.
• Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
