- Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
- Experience: 4–5 years (mandatory)
- Salary: ₹25,000 per month CTC
- Location: Baidyabati, Hooghly, West Bengal
- Department: Human Resources
- Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent
- Work Mode: On-site
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
✅ Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
✅ Handle salary negotiations, offers, and onboarding
✅ Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS reports
✅ Coordinate with department heads to fulfil manpower requirements
✅ Support bulk hiring and recruitment for manufacturing and EV operations
🎓 Who Should Apply?
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
- 4–5 years of hands-on talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, MS Excel, and recruitment reporting.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or electric vehicles will be an added advantage.
