🚨 We’re Hiring | Talent Acquisition Specialist – EU & LATAM
Intelli-Owl Consulting is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong IT/Technical Recruitment experience to join our team in Hyderabad.
📍 Location: LB Nagar, Hyderabad India – Onsite, 5 days/week - Work from Office only
💼 Experience: 3–7 years
🏢 Industry: IT Recruitment – SAP
🗣️ Language: English
⏰ Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (As per Europe & LATAM America Time)
📅 Joining: Immediate joiners / short notice preferred
Mandatory Requirements
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment
✅ Strong sourcing experience, especially through LinkedIn and major job portals
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements
✅ Experience with international recruitment is preferred
⭐ Spanish / Portuguese / Italian or any additional European language is a plus.
Please note : This position is On-site role at LB Nagar, Hyderabad. Not a remote position. Candidates must be based in Hyderabad and willing to commute to the office.
