We are a growing technology and engineering services provider delivering custom software, advanced semiconductor solutions, and elite talent frameworks across the United States. We are not looking for a generalist who simply matches keywords on job portals. We want a hardcore sourcer who knows how to find passive professionals, pick up the phone, build trust, and close positions. We do not require you to have background knowledge of the semiconductor or IT world we will train you on the technical landscape. We need your raw headhunting grit, communication skills, and ability to read people. You will partner directly with our Lead BDM to build our US delivery engine from the ground up.
What You Will Do Day-to-Day
- Headhunt Passive Talent: You will go beyond standard job boards. Your primary responsibility is to find, pitch, and engage high-caliber engineering and IT professionals across the US using cold outreach, networking, and LinkedIn.
- Master Complex Industries: Rapidly absorb specialized engineering and technology concepts (with direct guidance from leadership) and translate that knowledge into accurate candidate screening.
- Own the Lifecycle: Manage candidates completely through the process—from the initial cold touchpoint through technical profiling, cultural evaluation, offer negotiation, and successful onboarding.
- Build Talent Pools: Maintain and nurture deep pipelines of technical professionals so we can fulfill client requirements with speed and precision.
What We Look For
- Hardcore Sourcing Instincts: 2-4 years of robust recruitment experience in agencies handling Non-IT, core engineering, semiconductor, manufacturing, infrastructure, or multi-industry sectors where cold headhunting is mandatory.
- Command Over Language: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must be highly confident when speaking with high-earning US professionals and commanding their attention.
- Grit and Resilience: You have a thick skin, handle candidate rejections professionally, and maintain high energy levels during night shifts.
- Results-Driven Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a day-one startup pod structure and is motivated by hitting placement targets.
