US Staffing Recruiters
Domain: (IT | Engineering | Pharma/Clinical | Medical Device | Semiconductor)
Location: Noida Sector 59 (Onsite)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: EST/PST Night Shift
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Work on direct client, MSP, and VMS requirements.
- Recruit for one or more domains including: Information Technology (IT), Engineering, Pharma / Clinical / Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Semiconductor
- Build strong talent pipelines for niche and high-demand skill sets.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain ATS/VMS updates and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining quality submissions.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Staffing (mandatory).
- Experience recruiting on W2 is mandatory. Exposure to C2C/1099/Full-Time is a plus.
- Experience hiring for any of the following domains: IT, Engineering, Pharma/Clinical, Medical Devices, or Semiconductor.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and tax terms.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar ATS/VMS platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
- Location: Noida Sector 59 (Work from Office)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Shift: EST/PST Night Shift (Mandatory)
Eligibility
- Only candidates with prior US Staffing recruitment experience will be considered.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the Noida office during EST/PST night shifts.
