We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Technical Recruiter /HR Executive/Sr. Executive -Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
Technical Skills :
- Google workspace & use of excel for data tracking
- Job portals & platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor
- Maintaining recruitment dashboards, analysing hiring metrics, creating reports

Job Objectives & Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media & employee referrals
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candida
- Conduct preliminary screening calls, schedule assessment tests and ensure positive candidate experience during the complete recruitment cy
- Coordinate with the candidates & hiring managers for scheduling the interviews to ensure smooth interview proc
- Maintain & update candidates’ databases and recruitment track
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms
- Support onboarding of new hires ensuring exceptional candidate experience
- Travel to campuses for conducting assessment tests & sourcing talent to meet annual workforce numbers
Qualification & Experience : BTech/Bachelor’s or equivalent + MBA in HR/Business Management(Desirable), 5-10 Years of work experience
