What You'll Do
- Source qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and personal networks.
- Screen candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR discussions and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely communication.
- Work on multiple IT and Non-IT hiring requirements.
