About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team at Forest Essentials. The role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment for our retail stores across India, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality talent while delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail positions across multiple locations in India.
- Source candidates for roles such as Beauty Consultants, Senior Beauty Consultants, Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and other retail positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements, communication skills, experience, and overall suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with Store Managers, Area/Regional Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage multiple open positions and ensure vacancies are closed within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming retail requirements.
- Drive recruitment for new store openings and support bulk/volume hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and provide regular hiring updates.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in retail hiring is strongly preferred.
- Experience handling multiple locations and volume hiring would be an advantage.
- Strong sourcing skills with hands-on exposure to Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification preferred.
