Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Executive role based in Noida. The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end hiring, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes across various functions, with a focus on technology and business roles. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and ensure timely and high-quality talent pipelines. The Talent Acquisition Executive will contribute to employer branding initiatives, maintain accurate recruitment data and reports, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities also include managing recruitment channels, building talent networks, and supporting HR projects related to onboarding and talent planning.
