About the Role
Vish Gyana Technology Solutions (VGTS) is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our Marketing team. If you're passionate about social media, content creation, branding, and digital marketing, and are eager to build your career in a fast-paced technology company, we'd love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate should be creative, up-to-date with the latest digital trends, and interested in managing social media platforms while learning to execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Develop creative captions, hashtags, and content that align with the company's brand voice.
- Plan, create, execute, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads for lead generation, recruitment campaigns, employer branding, product promotions, and brand awareness.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and platform analytics.
- Monitor key campaign metrics such as Reach, Engagement, CTR, CPC, CPL, and Conversions, and recommend improvements.
- Design social media creatives using Canva or similar design tools.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, HR, and Design teams for campaigns, events, product launches, and recruitment branding.
- Capture photos and videos during company events and convert them into engaging social media content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, AI tools, and digital marketing best practices.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
- Basic understanding of audience targeting, campaign objectives, boosting posts, and ad optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools are an added advantage.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in BBA,MBA,Visual Communication, Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, English, or a related field.
- Internship or academic project experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar tools will be a plus.
