Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and schedule monthly content calendars.
- Write engaging captions and social media copy.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to publish content.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when required.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Perform basic SEO keyword research.
- Assist in Meta Ads and performance campaigns.
- Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Support lead generation and business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience.
- Excellent communication skills (English & Tamil preferred).
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media trends is a plus.
- Highly organized and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude and team player.
