Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence, primarily for the Real Estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels and social media content.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers and marketing teams.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement and insights.
- Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, reels and memes.
- Coordinate with clients for content approvals and campaign updates.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Social Media Management experience.
- Experience handling Real Estate / Property brand accounts is preferred.
- Strong content creation, copywriting and community management skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram trends and algorithms.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Later or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Paid Ads and Influencer Marketing is an advantage.
- Good communication, creativity and problem-solving skills.
