Role Description The Senior Regional Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for leading HR strategy and operations across the region. This role oversees workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management to support Pravixa AI’s growing technology teams. Daily activities include managing employee relations, resolving workplace concerns, overseeing performance management processes, and guiding leaders on compensation, benefits, and organizational development. The manager will design and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and lead initiatives that promote an inclusive, high-performance culture. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership on succession planning, learning and development programs, and regional HR analytics and reporting to inform business decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
- Proficiency in regional labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices for workplace ethics and employee well-being.
- Experience in HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development within technology or fast-growing business environments.
- Advanced skills in HR data analysis, reporting, and using HRIS or HR software tools to support decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Ability to design and deliver training, learning, and development programs aligned with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a regional or multi-site HR leadership role; experience in technology, SaaS, or AI-driven organizations is a plus.
