HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
Location: Vikaspuri Location
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
Compensation: Up to ₹ 19 LPA
1. HR Strategy & Infrastructure
- Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and processes from scratch.
- Develop structured employee lifecycle frameworks covering onboarding, engagement, performance, development, and exit processes.
- Establish HR systems and practices aligned with organizational growth and business objectives.
2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across Sales, IT, Digital Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Leadership functions.
- Build and manage high-volume recruitment pipelines while maintaining quality of hire.
- Drive sourcing through Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, employee referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Build and manage relationships with recruitment consultants, external vendors, and hiring partners.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Own day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, statutory compliance, attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Establish efficient processes for employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace policies.
- Drive effective Performance Management Systems (PMS) across the organization.
Mandatory Requirements
- 10–12 years of overall core HR experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership role such as HR Manager, TA Lead, or HR Head.
- Mandatory experience in EdTech and Study Abroad.
- Proven career stability, with 2–3+ years of continuous tenure with your current or most recent employer.
- Advanced, hands-on experience with Keka HRMS is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, labour laws, and Performance Management Systems (PMS).
- Candidates who can join immediately will be strongly preferred.
