Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for leading end-to-end HR functions and supporting a growing technology organization. This role oversees talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement to ensure a high-performing, inclusive, and compliant workplace. Day-to-day activities include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, designing HR policies and processes, managing compensation and benefits frameworks, and handling employee relations matters with discretion and fairness. The Senior HR Manager will implement learning and development initiatives, support change management for organizational growth, and ensure adherence to labor laws and internal compliance standards. The role also involves using data-driven HR metrics to inform decisions, optimizing HR operations, and contributing to a positive, transparent, and collaborative culture aligned with Pravixa AI’s business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy design.
- Experience in compensation and benefits management, workforce planning, and HR operations for growing or technology-driven organizations.
- Knowledge of applicable labor laws, compliance standards, and best practices in inclusive, non-discriminatory people management.
- Proven ability to lead HR initiatives related to organizational development, change management, and learning and development programs.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and teams.
- Comfort with HR analytics, documentation, and using HRIS or related systems to drive data-informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a senior HR role, preferably within technology, software, or digital transformation-focused organizations.
